Your contact details, the qualifications relevant to your grade, and a card or bank account. Supporting documents can be uploaded later.
Most applications are confirmed within two working days. You will get a receipt immediately and your member number once the grade is approved.
If the payment fails, nothing is lost. The application is saved against your email address; sign in and try again, or call the membership team on 1300 000 000 and they will finish it with you.
